About FiberXOS

FiberXOS identifies fiber companies, broadband operators, network assets and greenfield projects with genuine market demand, durable infrastructure value and a credible path to continued growth.

Our core role is investor. Depending on the opportunity, we may participate through equity investment, project investment, co-investment, joint ventures, staged investment, M&A, restructuring, or structures that combine capital with industry resources.

We are not a financing intermediary and we are not simply an equipment supplier. Where an opportunity fits our mandate, we aim to enter the project structure and work alongside local shareholders, operators and industry partners through construction, subscriber growth and long-term operation.

Our scope extends beyond FTTH. We also consider fiber broadband, open-access networks, backbone and metro infrastructure, mobile backhaul, 4G/5G fixed wireless access, enterprise and campus networks, rural broadband and other converged connectivity infrastructure.

In addition to capital, we can coordinate network planning, fiber access equipment, 4G/5G radio systems, CPE, transport networks, software platforms, project delivery and operating resources where the project requires them.

We believe strong fiber and broadband projects should not remain stalled solely because capital is unavailable. Investors, in turn, need industry partners who understand communications networks, customer demand and the realities of long-term operation.
