Privacy Policy
This policy explains how FiberXOS handles contact information and project materials shared in connection with potential investment and industry partnerships.
1. Information We May Receive
We may receive your name, organization, position, email address, telephone number, WhatsApp number, country or region, basic project information, network and operating data, and any materials that you choose to provide by email or another agreed channel.
2. How We Use Information
Information may be used to identify and respond to the contacting party, assess whether an opportunity fits our investment mandate, arrange follow-up discussions, verify a project, conduct commercial and technical analysis, prepare confidentiality arrangements, and meet applicable legal, compliance and risk-management obligations.
3. Lawful and Responsible Processing
We process information that you voluntarily provide for the purpose of discussing a potential transaction. As discussions progress, processing may also be necessary to take pre-contractual steps, perform an agreement, protect legitimate business interests or comply with legal obligations. A submitting party should have appropriate authority to disclose the information provided.
4. Limited Sharing
Where reasonably necessary for an evaluation and subject to appropriate safeguards, information may be shared with professional advisers, potential co-investors, industry partners and service providers involved in the review. We do not use project or personal information for the purpose of selling personal data.
5. Cross-Border Processing
FiberXOS evaluates opportunities worldwide. Members of an evaluation team, advisers or partners may therefore be located in different jurisdictions. Where information is processed across borders, we apply safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including access restrictions, confidentiality obligations and controlled disclosure.
6. Information Security
We use administrative and technical measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the information, including need-to-know access, access controls, transmission safeguards and confidentiality arrangements where appropriate. No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, so highly sensitive information should not be included in an initial approach unless necessary.
7. Retention
Information is retained for a period reasonably necessary for project evaluation, business communication, dispute handling and compliance. If an opportunity does not proceed, we may delete, anonymize or restrict the information based on continuing business need and applicable requirements.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may contact us to ask what personal information we hold, request access or correction, seek deletion or restriction, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. Some records may need to be retained for legal, compliance, transaction-record or dispute-management purposes.
9. Children
This website is intended for businesses, institutions and professional project participants. It is not directed to children, and personal information should not be submitted on behalf of a minor.
10. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy as our operations and applicable requirements evolve. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
11. Contact
Requests relating to privacy, access, correction or deletion may be sent to GTIIP@GTIIP.com. To protect information, we may need to verify the identity or authority of the person making a request.
